About Jared Haugland
Jared Haugland is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty specializing in luxury new construction, pre-construction opportunities, and custom home offerings throughout South Florida. After relocating to Florida and living within Vero Beach Polo Grounds, Jared worked alongside an experienced real estate developer specializing in waterfront and pre-construction projects. During this time, he gained valuable knowledge in land acquisitions, permitting, estimating, and the residential development process.
Jared became involved in multiple land acquisitions within Vero Beach Polo Grounds, as well as the successful sale of pre-construction home and homesite opportunities at 963 W Polo Grounds Drive and 1035 W Polo Grounds Drive.
