During this time, he gained valuable knowledge in land acquisitions, permitting, estimating, and the residential development process.
Jared became involved in multiple land acquisitions within Vero Beach Polo Grounds, as well as the successful sale of pre-construction home opportunities at 963 W Polo Grounds Drive and 1035 W Polo Grounds Drive. In total, he has participated in five closed transactions within the community, including three land acquisitions and two pre-construction home opportunities.
